This is the day your Graham Cattle Co. cattle make the short trip from our Gatesville pastures to Texas Natural Meats in Lott, TX — our trusted USDA-inspected processor. Each drop-off marks the start of your beef’s journey from pasture to plate.
Our team personally handles every delivery to ensure quality, care, and full traceability. Once the animals are processed and the hanging weights are recorded, customers who reserved a Whole or Half Cow Share will receive their final invoice based on the USDA beef market rate.

Average hanging time is about 14 days for dry-aging.
After processing, customers can choose to pick up directly from the butcher in Lott or at our next Ranch Pickup Day in Gatesville.
