What makes Graham Cattle Co. beef different from grocery store beef?

Our beef is locally raised in Central Texas, processed at a USDA-inspected facility, and dry-aged for about 14 days to deepen flavor and tenderness. Grocery store beef is often shipped from multiple states (or countries), mixed between animals, and never aged the way true ranch beef should be.

Buying direct means fresher beef, better taste, and lower pricing than premium cuts in stores.
